With the aim of sharing experiences during this year of pandemic, ENQA has organised the webinar "Online quality assurance - experiences from ENQA members" as a forum for participation and exchange of experiences among its members and affiliates. The good reception of the initiative and the large number of requests for participation led to a pre-selection of interventions and the organisation of two days in which a total of 12 agencies presented their experiences.
The ACPUA, in charge of opening the second session, presented under the title "Unexpected lessons learnt: Providing guidelines and inspiration in times of pandemic", the importance of facing the online modality with "a new attitude". The session was also attended by QQI (Ireland), ANECA (Spain), AIC (Latvia), THEQC (Turkey) and NCEQE (Georgia).
The format of the webinar was very attractive, with 5-minute interventions presented in a visual way, followed by a question and answer session moderated by Maria Kelo (Secretariat Director). After the individual presentations, an interesting debate was opened between the speakers, answering the questions raised in the chat in the light of the interventions.
