On July 22nd, the director of the Agency and member of ENQA's Board, Antonio Serrano, participated virtually in the round table "Towards a participatory European Higher Education Area", an activity scheduled within the International Multiplier Event organized by the STUPS Project (Students Participation Without Borders). The round table was also addressed by Martina Darmanin (President of the European Students' Union, ESU), Helene Peterbauer (representing the European Association of Universities, ESU) and Fernando Galán (Arqus European University Alliance). The session was moderated by Zamzam Ibrahim, Vice President of ESU. The event was held in a hybrid format (part of the speakers and the audience were physically located at the University of Huelva) and during the event Antonio Serrano explained the different actions developed by ENQA to promote student participation.
The ACPUA is closely following the development of this STUPS project, sponsored by the Erasmus+ Program of the European Union, thanks to its collaboration with the Andalusian agency DEVA-AAC.
