The ACPUA attended the webinar: "Changes in the evaluations of ENQA agencies", open exclusively to members and affiliates of ENQA and carried out in collaboration with EQAR, European Quality Assurance Register.
This webinar, led by its director Maria Kelo, aimed to present the updates that the European Association (which ensures the quality assurance of the higher education area) has made during the year 2021 in relation to two aspects: general rules for evaluations and review reports focused on specific objectives.
In relation to the first aspect and in order to improve methodological procedures, members of ENQA and EQAR, after the consultative process carried out between March 2020 and 2021, shared the results achieved in the working groups, establishing improvements between the evaluations issued between 2016 and the current year.
Regarding the second aspect and only for those agencies renewing their registration in the European Register for the 3rd time, both entities ENQA and EQAR explained how the new simplified assessment (targeted review) was going to be.
