Law 8/2015, on transparency and citizen participation of Aragon, establishes a series of legal obligations of transparency and active publicity for public administrations with citizens. The ACPUA, as a public law entity, is also subject to this law.
It is our commitment to promote the legitimacy and effectiveness of public administrations, as well as to encourage citizen participation and representation in them. This is why we provide you with all the information you need to know about the actions and management of the ACPUA as part of the Aragonese public sector.

ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE
Besides the Directorate, the Agency´s staff consists of a technical coordinator, three technical positions (international, teaching and foresight), a head of administration, an administrative and an administrative assistant, plus a executive assistant.
On the other hand, the ACPUA's evaluation processes involve panels of external experts, who are responsible for the technical judgements, and the issuing of the final evaluation reports is the responsibility of several technical committees.
