On 21 September, ACPUA attended the inaugural event of the Aragonese Association of Psychopedagogy at the Provincial Council of Zaragoza, which featured the conference "Development of talent and personalisation of learning" developed by Alberto Quílez, candidate for Best University Teacher of the Year, after learning about the activities of the association for the next academic year 2023-24.
In addition, the new edition of the ENLACE magazine (no. 33) was presented, which contains a new article by ACPUA that focuses on providing information and guidance to the university world through a new infographic.
Under the title "Orientación universitaria en un clic", Irene Melchor (member of the Thematic Evaluations Subcommittee and training coordinator at IES Miguel Catalán) and Belén Serrano (PhD in education and psychologist and international quality assurance technician at ACPUA) explained the content of the new digital tool that provides comprehensive information for students in their transition to higher education.
Under the slogan "¡Find out more and decide your education!", it details, both in Spanish and English, the updated links of 5 relevant topics, selected from public and private stakeholders, from Aragon and from the rest of Spain.
The content is mainly focused on support for the choice of studies, on the section on available and transition degrees, on resources for employability and entrepreneurship, on the chance of free counselling and other options related to vocational training.
With this resource, ACPUA wants to support students in their transition to university and working life. Therefore, this digital tool brings together useful information and free resources that can support both young people and those accompanying them in this transition: teachers, counsellors and families. It has a printable poster with a QR code that is available to organisations and educational centres.
This activity is part of the ACPUA+Students programme and is part of Strategic Line L6 (Openness to stakeholders), ESG1.3 and SDG4 of the 2030 Agenda.
