As part of the series of webinars on the challenges in university education according to the employer group, which have been organized since last year by the regional quality agencies of Aragon (ACPUA), Catalonia (AQU), Canary Islands (ACCUEE), Basque Country (Unibasq), Andalusia (DEVA-AAC), Castilla y León (ACSUCYL), Galicia (ACSUG) and Valencia (AVAP), the fifth of these webinars was held on June 17th, dedicated this time to Journalism and Audiovisual Communication studies. During the event, the joint results of the evaluations of these degrees by the organizing agencies were presented, as well as the data from the survey conducted by AQU to the Catalan employer community. These presentations were followed by a lively debate with the participation of Pilar Sánchez-García (U. of Valladolid), Manuel Fernández (U. Complutense), María José Recoder (president of ATIC and dean of the Faculty of Communication Sciences at UAB), Jesús Morales, assistant director of the newspaper 20 Minutos and Natalia Marín, student of Journalism and representative of the student body of the U. of Castilla La Mancha). This debate was moderated by Antonio Serrano, director of the ACPUA.
